All you have to do is login to your Review Wave account, go to the ACCOUNT tab > AUTOMATION page. Turn on reactivation reminders, choose the frequency, enter the message, and then turn it on and let our automation software work it’s magic!
The hardest part is knowing what to say. The key is to make your reactivation messages short and fun. Most of the time people just get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, but a fun and friendly reminder helps put a smile on their face and brings them back in!
Another key factor is to make them sound as personable as possible! Use jokes, language, slang, emojis, etc. 🤩 🤪🤯 that you use everyday with your patients. Adding your personality into the messages you send out to your patients is what makes them still feel connected to you, even though it’s all automated!
