Here’s a great example from one of our users showing how they setup their waiting room with an iPad station to allow their patients to fill out the feedback request form.
The request is still sent to their phone and email as usual. And the patient still provides the actual feedback from their own device using their own IP address.
You can do this too by setting up an iPad or computer in your waiting area, then select Kiosk Mode from within your Review Wave account, and you’re good to go!
